Movie titled Mobile Suit Gundam: AXIS Twilight – Red Trace This is a compilation of 6 episodes web-series which aired beginning last June.
The Gundam.info website just announced that the compilation movie Mobile Gundam: AXIS Twilight – Red Trace will be airing simultaneously with the film Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower on 18 November.
Earlier, the novel Gundam: AXIS Twilight was adapted by the Sunrise studio into a short 6-episode mini-series. Each episode has approximately a duration of 3 minutes, with the exception of the last episode which has a duration of 8 minutes.
Mobile Suit Gundam: AXIS Twilight set in U.C. 0096, sometime after the incident in serial Gundam UNICORN . The story centers on two people sent by Earth Federation Forces Arlette Armage and Danton Highleg, to investigate an abandoned facility that used to be the secret base of Neo Zeon forces.
Arlette and Danton who once served to Neon Zeon then realized that their past ghosts would not just disappear. While investigating the facility, they were attacked by a mysterious Gundam robot model belonging to a military group called Birnam.
Inevitably, Arlette and Danton must fight back using the Custom Zaku III they once created when they were still serving under the power of Neo Zeon.
