(NB: Songs in this sequence are taken from songs that have been entered in Naruto TV series and Naruto Shippuden .BGM as well as songs from the film and editions shounen -hen not counted.)
Does – Guren (Opening Naruto Shippuden 15) This alternative rock trio sounds can be legendary like Thee Michelle Gun Elephant let alone they come from the same agency that is Trippin 'Elephant Records base.
Unfortunately it did not work on this song and Does not even play garage rock well especially for an opening song that should have sparked early on into his 19459005 anime . This song feels boring and runs too flat for the opening song size as if Does not try to maximize the potential of the song and sing with lazy-sounding style and music that falls asleep while still in the realm garage rock which should make the spirit.
Position on Oricon Chart: 40
Aluto – Michi ~ To You All ~ (Ending Naruto Shippuden 2)
There is a match that appears in the title of this song. So the title of this song if abbreviated will be "to-u-all" and if the word is reversed it will be "all-u-to" or "aluto" which is the name of this group which consists Daigo Fujita in vocals and Honoka Satou on the violin.
Regardless of the match, the song pop rock medium beat is actually pretty good, let alone they have personnel who can play the violin to make the mood the song becomes quite melancholy. However, that alone is not enough to make Michi a song that standout among other Naruto songs let alone his less emotional vocals thereby making the mood a song to be casual and failing to become melancholy or it could be power ballad .
Position on Oricon Chart: 70
DISH // – Flame (Ending Naruto Shippuden 29)
Remember how destroyed and messy they are in I Can Hear which sounds like the music of a high school kid who still considers electro-hardcore sounds cool? They became better in their second contribution to Naruto entitled Flame and the result was an increase of I Can Hear but insignificant. They ended up playing the more standard alternative rock and excluding the gimmick which was exaggerated as more as it is but somehow this song was not too memorable and they too search for a safe in music alternative rock which they are stretcher. But one thing that can be found in this song is that they are much more mature and directed though still too much energy to save the unstable teenagers in it.
Position on Oricon Chart : 2
Shun Feat. Lyu; Lyu – Never Change (Ending Naruto Shippuden 30)
Somehow the theme song for Naruto likes to play music rap or hip hop and combine it with rock even punk and one of them is this song where a rapper named Shun collaborated with a band called Lyu; Lyu is now renamed Civilian.
This rap music genre of rap rock does indeed sound cool because of the synchronization between rapping Shun and beat which Lyu; Lyu brought, but unfortunately when we hear the outline beat this song sounds it-that's it and sometimes Shun sounds off-ryhme and matches rapping with beat alternative rock from Lyu; Lyu and this continues to the end of the song with adlibs which is not nice. The reff part of this song also seems to slam away what Shun did at the beginning of the song.
Position on Oricon Chart : 114
Amadori – Soba ni Iru Kara (Ending Naruto 11)
The singer from Saga Prefecture has sufficient sound smooth and has a tenderness like Mysia but in a more impression folky . Image which he wants to develop in his musical career is a singer who has a soft voice with acoustic guitar weapons to hypnotize his audience but in this song somehow his acoustic guitar just becomes gimmick solely
Soba ni Iru Kara has a simple tone and shady lyrics but unfortunately this song is too wearing many effects loops that sound cutesy but does not connect with the song and feels like an effect software which came out of mid 2000'an which impressed outdated . It is a bit of a pity because Amadori has a voice and mood which is appropriate to be the cover of a song.
